At Ambika India, we believe in conscious and thoughtful consumption. Our design philosophy is centered around creating timeless pieces that are meticulously crafted with attention to detail, meant to be cherished and passed down through generations. Since each of our garments is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are naturally inherent to the process. We encourage you to embrace these unique characteristics as part of the beauty and authenticity of owning a handmade creation.
General Information:
The majority of our garments are made to order, ensuring that each piece is individually crafted for you. We do not maintain mass inventory, as we are committed to promoting a more sustainable approach to fashion. Once we receive your order, we begin the production of the selected item.
Payment:
We offer a variety of secure payment methods, including net banking, credit and debit cards, UPI, and PayPal. Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Delivery:
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping within India is free of charge and covered by us. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 weeks. While we work with trusted logistics providers, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services, especially during national or state holidays.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide and charge a shipping fee for international orders.
For deliveries outside India, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. The duties and taxes vary based on your country’s policies. International deliveries are usually completed within 7-10 working days after dispatch. However, please be aware that any customs processing delays are beyond our control.
Delivery Timelines:
Domestic Orders: 2-3 weeks
International Orders: 3-4 weeks
Customization may require additional time, beyond the standard timelines.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us via email at info@theambikaindia.com. Kindly note that express shipping may incur additional charges. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment tracking number along with the details of the shipping agency. You can track the progress of your order on the courier’s website by entering the tracking number provided.
Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the package is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us. Any subsequent delivery will incur additional charges based on actual costs.
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a valid mobile number. This will help us ensure faster delivery. Please note that orders returned due to non-availability for delivery will not be eligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes.
