RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Cancellations made after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted.
Return Policy:
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing units from your order, please take a picture of the received product(s) and contact our team at info@theambikaindia.com within 24 hours of delivery .
You may return the item using a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
- Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are possible if:
- The delivered products are damaged.
- An incorrect product is delivered by mistake.
For damaged product(s), please return the item within 7 working days. After review, we will send the replacement product promptly.
Procedure:
- Send an email to our team at info@theambikaindia.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Name & Order number
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
Refund Policy:
A refund will only be issued once a purchase is completed if there is an issue on our part that prevents us from fulfilling the delivery. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded within 30 working days.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The shipping address provided is incorrect.
- The product has been partially used or shows signs of wear. The product is already dispatched and in transit.
- The return policy conditions are not followed.
